What is a Certified Music Practitioner?
A Certified Music Practitioner (CMP) is a specially trained professional musician who provides live, therapeutic music in healthcare settings.
Unlike a music therapist, a CMP does not provide clinical music therapy. Instead, the CMP uses carefully selected live music to create a supportive environment for patients, families and caregivers.
Donna provides individualized music based on the person's preferences, condition and environment.
